RETURNS:


We offer 7 days money back of order date with the following policies: We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail. Products must be 100% complete in original box, and original UPC codes on the boxes. Products must be purchased directly from bfit2day.com and it is UNOPENED,. Again, you may return the product(s) within 7 days for a full refund.

Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).


Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do offer exchanges for returned unopened products within 14 days.

SHIPPING:
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the day of purchase and it takes 2-3 business days to be delivered. If the order is received after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, Monday to Friday, it will be processed on the next business Day, including weekends and holidays. Shipping charges will be determined by flat rate, Priority Mail, of $4.85 per order.
